On the one hand, I'd like to run. On the other hand, I have a family.
And finally, there's the whole fundraising craziness. It's insane. In order to become a candidate, I have to raise money to convince people that I should become a candidate. It's not about votes, but dollars. And I really don't want to ask for your dollars. They could be going to so many better causes.
Except for the Obama presidency, it seems as if little has changed in this country since I first ran in 2004. We're still at war. We still think that energy will be available and unlimited. We still have poor education for poor people.
